At first you can find here the preliminary entry Forms. Please note, that the officials date for sending this preliminary entry form is the 23. May 2010.
For better planing and for booking the hotelrooms for the nations please send a first draft of entry form until 20. March 2010. Thank you very much.

After sending the form preliminary entry you will get you entry code and password from the OC by email.
